These arches are located by the square and Church of San Vittore in Pollenzo, Region of Piedmont. Italy.
The church is next to L’ Agenzia a castle that originally belonged to the Savoy Family.
The Savoia family was interested in preserving the whole site. Therefore in 1832 they started restoration works on the castle, the church and the whole town.
In future posts I will write more about L’ Agenzia di Pollenzo and interesting facts about this beautiful historical site
The beginning of spring in Vancouver is a beautiful time of the year. The days are a little warmer and after a cold winter it is nice to go for a walk.
We had been walking around Stanley Park and English Bay. Late in the afternoon I decided to sit for a while to look at the sea and watch the ships and sailboats passing by.
When the sunset began, I noticed the sun peeking behind the trees framed by a sculpture.
“Sunset Through Art” has always been one my favorite photographs. When I took it I didn’t have a DSLR camera with me. I think that it is not the camera but the photographer that makes the pictures. What do you think?
